Delivery Times

Actual delivery times will vary depending upon postal conditions at the time and the actions of national Customs (for International orders).

Payment Methods

UK Mainland
We accept personal cheques drawn on a UK bank and postal orders. Please draw cheques to "S.R.S. Surplus" and cross "A/c Payee Only". If sending cash through the post please ensure that you use a "Signed For on Delivery" service.

Overseas
Acceptable methods of payment at the moment are UK Pounds Sterling International Money Orders which are available through most Post Offices throughout the world. We also accept US dollars $ as currency only, please enquire should you require more information.
Canada Only - please note that we may be able to accept the Pounds Sterling Postal Orders issued by the Canadian Post Office providing they are uncrossed .

Credit / Debit Cards
We do not currently accept cards.

In the extremely unlikely event that our badges fail your expectations or you need to return items to us for whatever reason, we will offer a refund for those goods promptly returned in original condition . Please note this applies to the purchase price only of the item and does not apply to post & packing charges.

Description
Pictures where supplied are deemed to be a representative sample of the item only, since obviously we cannot photograph every individual badge. Our badges are mostly new. NOTE: The majority of our badges have been treated to give an authentic appearance which makes them virtually indistinguishable from the original item and, because of this, some may require a degree of polishing/cleaning depending upon how you wish to display them. Our badges should not be confused with those poor quality items circulating, our 15+ year reputation is your guarantee of good service.
Prices are correct at time of uploading (e&oe) but may change without prior notice. Should this occur we will advise you prior to fulfilling your order.
Descriptions of materials (e.g brass/bronze/white metal) are descriptive of surface finish colour and for guidance only. Dates & descriptions of badges are to the best of our knowledge correct e&oe.
